Cancellation and Return Policy

1. Cancellation:

• Cancellations accepted within 24 hours.
• After 24hrs, cancellations accepted with fee: 30% value of order(s)

2. Return and Refund:

• It's easy to take and fill in your measurements in the simple and helpful form we send you after purchasing your dress. Within 24hrs after receiving the garment(s) due to our courier tracking information, if we make a mistake in following  these measurements, we will refund 100% of the purchase price upon returning the garment(s) to us (excluding return shipping fee).
